Launch Coaching 8-Hour Plan
$1,485 | 8 hours of one-on-one virtual coaching sessions
Their Launch Coach is with them each session to provide accountability and momentum. The Career Counselor will join three of the one-hour sessions to provide a targeted strategy.
This plan is designed to build clarity, create a clear roadmap, and generate early momentum.
Your young adult's Launch Coach and Career Counselor will assess where they are right now, identify what's getting in the way, and build the systems and habits they need to take consistent action. Most clients meet once or twice per week (for one hour) over the first several weeks.
Many young adults who complete this plan choose to continue coaching to build on early progress, expand their network, and deepen the systems they've started.
