Executive Function Coaching for College Students

Master Important Skills to
Build Independence and College Success

Many new college students struggle with time management, organization, and holding themselves accountable for schoolwork without the built-in support that comes from living with parents.

This is among the leading reasons why college students earn poor grades or, worse, drop out.

Executive Function coaching can help your teenager successfully transition to college by empowering them with the life skills needed to manage greater responsibilities, freedom, and courseloads.

And you, the parents, can rest easier knowing you're providing support from afar (without nagging) and equipping your young adult with a toolkit for success in college and beyond.

What Parents Are Saying

"My daughter and I interviewed over ten companies specializing in executive coaching for college students with ADHD and she/we chose Educational Connections. FAR AND AWAY THE BEST COMPANY OUT THERE. I/my daughter have been BLOWN AWAY by the level of expertise, knowledge, support & encouragement my daughter's coach provides.

Rachael has been an incredible ally during my daughter's transition to college and the uptick in reading/writing etc. Rachael has helped her with time management strategies: building in work/down time/friend time etc, note taking/paper writing strategies, encouraged her to connect with her professors, reviewed syllabus for each class and made a work plan etc. Taught her how to access her university's online resources. I mean, REALLY, INCREDIBLE support! Rachael really understands and "gets" my daughter.

I also love the session notes I receive post-session. Very informative, and there is a section on 'content of mastery' where my daughter's strengths are discussed. I literally could go ON and ON about Rachael and how grateful I (and my daughter are) to have her in her corner.

Hire Educational Connections, well run, professional, upfront, responsive and competitively priced." - Cassie C., Parent

ADHD and College

"My son's executive function coach is knowledgeable and experienced at working with students who struggle with ADHD. She's done an incredible job building rapport with him and balancing, supporting, and pushing him to complete the work he wants to do."

"My daughter has executive function weaknesses and anxiety and had an IEP all through school. When she went off to college, her ability to plan out her time became overwhelming. I reached out to Educational Connections to get help. Brianna was a perfect match for my daughter. They met twice a week, and Brianna was a god send. She helped my daughter tremendously to plan ahead, mange her time better, and reduce stress and anxiety.."
