Dear Parents and Colleagues:
For the last three days, I've had the privilege of attending the Brain and Learning Conference, "Web-Connected Minds: How Technology Transforms Brains, Teaching and Attention". The nation's top neuroscientists shared the effects of iPads, texting, Facebook, YouTube, video games and basically anything with a screen on our current generation of kids. On my blog, I've posted some of the newest research on the impact of technology on the brain and learning and I'll continue to add additional information over the next few days. I hope you find it as interesting as I do!
