Educational Connections, Inc. is always looking for talented tutors!
We have part-time tutoring positions throughout the Metro D.C. area. For summer jobs, or even year round placements, we offer flexible working hours, competitive pay, and, above all, the opportunity to do what you love - teach! Why tutor for Educational Connections?
Easy Access to Students
We take the legwork out of tutoring so you can do what you do best — teach. We allow you to focus on teaching students based on subject/specialty area, convenience of locations of your choosing (our tutors travel to students' homes), and your schedule.

We offer on-going tutor training to provide you with cutting-edge teaching strategies, activities, and research. As an added benefit, tutors can earn teacher recertification points for attending workshops.
Research Article Library
Our research library is stocked with over 100 articles on the best teaching practices to use with your students. Just log into our tutor portal at any time to get great ideas for your students and handouts for parents.
Billing
We bill your clients directly; therefore, you do not have to worry about collecting money from your students. You are also covered by our 24 hours' notice cancellation policy.
Expectations
We ask that our tutors work a minimum of four hours per week, have at least a bachelor's degree, and commit to students until June of 2011. Classroom teaching or extensive tutoring experience is required.
